FOX Updates FLOAT X, DHX and Adds Live Valve Neo

Today Fox have announced the release of their 2027 trail line, including updated Float X, DHX and also brings Live Valve technology to these product lines. 

All four models in our X family of Trail and All Mountain shocks have been redesigned internally. We wanted to bring as much X2-level performance as possible into our smaller, lighter, easier-to-use Trail platforms.

FLOAT X, DHX and their Live Valve Neo variants receive completely new base valves and main piston assemblies. The updated high-flow piston design approaches the performance of the FLOAT X2 and DHX2—delivering increased sensitivity, improved support, and better rear tire grip for riders.

FOX FLOAT X: Smash ready

FLOAT X remains the master of Trail and AM suspension. It delivers fade-free performance, sophisticated damping, and class-leading durability. For riders seeking a high-performance air shock, FLOAT X provides the ideal balance of sensitivity, support, and efficiency.

FOX DHX: Loyal to Coil

For riders who prefer coil suspension, DHX delivers unmatched traction and ground-hugging performance; further improved with our new internals. Coil shocks offer incredible small bump sensitivity and consistency on long descents. For many aggressive Trail riders, coil truly is king.
