DHaRCO Go Big with their new protection range
DHaRCO, a brand known for crazy designs adorning some of the fastest riders on the planet, have launched a brand new range of protective gear.
Using Rheon technology, DHaRCO claims that the new range toes the line between comfort, safety and freedom of movement. Critically, the range delineated products into intended use categories, with their new kneepads available in trail, gravity and downhill options. The range also features men’s short and long sleeved body armor as well as short sleeve women’s specific body armor, a gravity vest and several youth offerings.
The key material used – Rheon – is described as an ‘energy absorbing super polymer’ that changes characteristics under force. While soft and flexible under normal use, Rheon stiffens under impact and also has impact absorption properties, meaning less damage when you hit the deck.
